To suppress the power performance of a hybrid vehicle from deteriorating while shortening the drive time of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A control apparatus of a hybrid vehicle 1 includes: a target charge ratio setup part 42 for setting a target charge ratio that is a charge ratio of a battery 20; and an output control part 41 for controlling outputs of an internal combustion engine 10 and a motor 16 so that a charge ratio of the battery is maintained at a target charge ratio or more. The target charge ratio setup part 42 sets the target charge ratio on the basis of: electric energy required for the vehicle to reach a charging station on power of only the motor; and inclination information of a road nearby the charging station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
