To provide a communication terminal and an elevator capable of preventing differences in recognition of a car traveling distance from generating between an operator on a pit and an operator in a car even in places where voice is difficult to pass, and of taking every possible measure for the safety of the operator on the pit.SOLUTION: A communication terminal is used for transmitting a car traveling information from the outside of the elevator car to the inside of the elevator car. The communication terminal includes an operation unit for a travel distance transmission to output a signal to an elevator controller, which informs a notification part in the car of moving the car a desired distance equal to or less than 30 cm and a short distance in the desired direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】声が通りにくい現場であっても、ピット上の作業員とカゴ内の作業員との間でカゴ移動量に対する認識に齟齬を生じることを防止でき、ピット上の作業員の安全に万全を期すことができる通信端末、及びエレベーターを提供すること。【解決手段】通信端末は、エレベーターのカゴの外部からカゴの内部へカゴ移動情報を伝達するのに用いられる。通信端末が、カゴに30cm以下の所望距離かつ所望方向の短距離移動をさせることをカゴ内の報知部に報知させる信号をエレベーターの制御部に出力するための移動量伝達用操作部を含むようにする。【選択図】図3
