To provide analyzing method for tire production information, by which an analyzing operation for improving at least uniformity or dynamic balance of a tire is made efficient.SOLUTION: For a plurality of tires T of identical specification, manufactured using the same molding machine 8 and vulcanizer 9, UF wave shape data and phase information thereof and phase information of a molding factor and vulcanizing factor that influence the UF wave shape data are stored in a storage unit 2b. On the basis of the degree of influence of the molding factor and vulcanizing factor with respect to the UF wave shape data calculated by an arithmetic unit 2a on the basis of the stored UF wave shape data and each phase information, the phase information of the molding factor and vulcanizing factor by which a UF value specified by the UF wave shape data is made to fall in a permissible range is calculated by the arithmetic unit 2a. Similarly, DB vector data is analyzed and phase information for the molding factor and vulcanizing factor by which a DB value specified by the DB vector data is made to fall in a permissible range is calculated by the arithmetic unit 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】タイヤのユニフォミティまたはダイナミックバランスの少なくとも一方を改善するための解析作業を効率化するタイヤ製造情報の解析方法を提供する。【解決手段】同じ成形機8及び加硫機9を使用して製造された同一仕様の複数のタイヤTについて、UF波形データ及びその位相情報と、UF波形データに影響を与える成形要因及び加硫要因の位相情報とを記憶部2bに記憶し、記憶されたUF波形データと各位相情報とに基づいて演算部2aにより算出したUF波形データに対する成形要因及び加硫要因の位相情報の影響度の大きさに基づいて、UF波形データにより特定されるUF値を許容範囲にする成形要因及び加硫要因の位相情報を演算部2aにより算出し、同様にDBベクトルデータの解析をして、DBベクトルデータにより特定されるDB値を許容範囲にさせる成形要因及び加硫要因の位相情報を演算部2aにより算出する。【選択図】図1
