To reduce the processing loads of roadside radio communication equipment and another device.SOLUTION: The roadside radio communication equipment includes: a receiver unit which performs radio reception of information data which is transmitted from a moving body communication equipment and includes information which enables identifying the position of the moving body communication equipment; and a transmitter unit which transmits to the other device the moving body information included in the information data which is radio received by the receiver unit. The roadside radio communication equipment further includes: a transmission determination unit which, based on the position of the moving body communication equipment identified from the information data which is radio received by the receiver unit, determines whether or not it corresponds to a transmission timing to be transmitted from the transmitter unit to the other the device. The transmitter unit is configured to transmit the moving body information to the other device when the determination result of the transmission determination unit is affirmative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
