To provide a stopper capable of improving durability of a bracket.SOLUTION: A plate-shaped stopper is attached to a vibration control unit, wherein the vibration control unit comprises a first bracket fixed to one of a power unit side and a vehicle body side, a second bracket fixed to the other of the power unit side and the vehicle body side, an axial inside member to which the first bracket is fixed at an axial end part, and a vibration control substrate composed of a rubber-like elastic body that connects the outer peripheral surface of the inside member and the inner peripheral surface side of the cylindrical part of the second bracket; comprises a buffer part in which the first bracket and the cylindrical part are arranged between portions opposite in the axial direction of the cylindrical part; and is composed of a rubber-like elastic material. The buffer part comprises a thick part, a plurality of protrusions protruding from at least one surface in the thickness direction of the thick part, and a thin part thinner than the thick part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
