To provide a trailing arm structure that reduces vibration transmitted from an in-wheel motor to a vehicle body via a trailing arm.SOLUTION: The trailing arm structure includes an in-wheel motor drive device 10 arranged in an inner space area of the road wheel W, a trailing arm 40 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction and having a front end 42 swingably connected to a vehicle body-side member via a bush 44 and a rear end 41 coupled to the in-wheel motor drive device 10, and a spring 50 which is vertically expandable and contractable, in which the lower end is supported by the in-wheel motor drive device 10 and the upper end supports the vehicle body 70 and expands and contracts with the swing of the trailing arm 40.
