To reduce size and weight of a hanging tool device with a hanging load turning mechanism.SOLUTION: A hanging tool device 20 comprises: a gyro unit 21; a sheave mechanism 22; a rotary coupling tool 23 connecting the gyro unit 21 to the sheave mechanism 22 in a horizontally turnable state; and gyro control means 24 to perform drive control of the gyro unit 21. The gyro unit 21 has a hanging load turning mechanism comprising: a flywheel; a rotation driving device to drive rotation of the flywheel; and an inclination drive device to drive the flywheel in a tilting state. The gyro unit 21 is driven by an external power source. A rotary electric contact point 26 is installed around the rotary coupling tool 23, and supplies to the gyro unit 21, power that is sent from the external power supply to the sheave mechanism section 22. In addition, the gyro control means 24 for remotely controlling the gyro unit 21, is installed in a place other than a suspended part in the hanging tool device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】吊荷旋回機構を有する吊具装置を小型化及び軽量化する。【解決手段】ジャイロユニット21と、シーブ機構部22と、シーブ機構部22に対してジャイロユニット21を水平旋回可能な状態で連結する回転連結具23と、ジャイロユニット21の駆動制御を行うジャイロ制御手段24とを備え、ジャイロユニット21が、フライホイールと、フライホイールを回転駆動する回転用駆動装置と、フライホイール21を傾動駆動する傾動用駆動装置とで構成された吊荷旋回機構を有する吊具装置20において、ジャイロユニット21を、外部電源により駆動されるものとし、外部電源からシーブ機構部22まで送られた電力をジャイロユニット21に供給する回転式電気接点26を、回転連結具23周辺に設けるとともに、ジャイロ制御手段24を、ジャイロユニット21を遠隔操作するものとして吊具装置20における吊下部分以外の箇所に設置した。【選択図】図1
