To provide a spawning bed countermeasure system that can stably survey and exterminate a spawning bed without using manpower.SOLUTION: The spawning bed countermeasure system comprises: a survey instrument 2 traveling on the water and moving a predetermined route; a GPS antenna 23 detecting a position of the survey instrument 2; a sonar 25 provided in the survey instrument 2 and transmitting the acoustic wave into the water and receiving the reflected acoustic wave from the water; and a survey extermination server 4 analyzing the presence or absence of a predetermined spawning bed E based on the reflected wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
