To provide an impedance matching circuit capable of dramatically improving the calculation speed of load impedance required for impedance matching and the matching amount, and the matching accuracy, and to provide a non-contact power supply system having the impedance matching circuit.SOLUTION: There is provided a matching circuit for detecting the voltages at two different points on a transmission line, calculating the load impedance by simultaneous equation formed from the magnitudes of the voltages at two points, computing the reactance amount of a variable reactance element required for matching a target impedance from the calculated load impedance, and adjusting the impedance of the variable reactance element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
