To provide a failure analyzing system that provides identification of a failure event on the basis of meteorological data in a present position of a vehicle, and to provide a failure analyzing server 40.SOLUTION: A failure analyzing server 30 is a failure analyzing device that identifies a failure event occurring in a refrigeration cycle device 6 installed to a vehicle. The failure analyzing server 30 acquires a detection value of an outside temperature sensor 76b (i.e. sensor acquisition value) and meteorological data indicating outside temperature of the present position of the vehicle and identifies a failure event in accordance with the sensor acquisition value and the meteorological data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
