To make it possible to continue a calculation in a vehicle before a communication is interrupted.SOLUTION: A server device is comprised of: an arithmetic unit that communicates with an on-vehicle terminal and performs an operation by using information received from the on-vehicle terminal; a transmission unit that transmits the calculation result to the on-vehicle terminal as a perceptual signal that is a signal including at least one of audio and video; an interruption estimation unit that estimates a risk of interruption of communication with the on-vehicle terminal; and an on-vehicle execution application providing unit that transmits an execution code, which is information capable of executing a calculation equivalent to a calculation when the risk exceeds a first threshold, to the on-vehicle terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
