To provide a vehicular power supply device capable of switching the connection state of two power supplies without causing a rush current even if there is a measurement error in a voltage sensor.SOLUTION: A vehicular power supply device according to the present invention includes: a voltage sensor for measuring the output voltage of the power supply device; and means which, when switching the connection state of a first power supply and a second power supply from a series connection state to a parallel connection state, lowers the output voltage command of the power supply device from a prescribed value higher than the measured voltage of the voltage sensor to the measured voltage, then gradually increases a duty ratio from 0%, and at a timing when the duty ratio reaches 100%, lowers the output voltage command of the power supply device to a prescribed value lower than the measured voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
