To provide a crane system in which swing of load occurring upon dynamic lift off can be suppressed in a climbing crane.SOLUTION: A crane 2 is a climbing crane, comprises a control device 3, a mast, a jib, a hoisting rope and a location identification section 2p, and has a hook suspended from the distal end of the jib and configured in such a manner that a load can be suspended from the distal end of the hook. The location identification section 2p is configured in such a manner that location information including the installation location of the location identification section 2p can be identified over time. The control device 3 comprises a communication section 31 and a control section 33. The communication section 31 is configured so as to be able to receive the location information from the location identification section 2p. The control section 33 is configured so as to be able to control the location attitude of the jib to maintain a stable state on the basis of the location information received by the communication 31, and in a crane system 1, the table state is defined as a state in which the distal end of the jib and the center of gravity of the suspended load are aligned with each other in a substantially vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
