To provide a vehicle rear part structure capable of ensuring the rigidity of a trailing arm mounting bracket without adding a reinforcement member.SOLUTION: (i) A bracket 30 has four bracket components 31, 32, 33, 34 and the four bracket components 31, 32, 33, 34 are joined to each other. (ii) A trailing arm mounting surface part 36 of each of a bracket inner wall 31 and a bracket outer wall 32 extends without break points in the vertical direction and the bracket 30 is joined to not only a member inner wall 21e and a member outer wall 21f of a rear side member 21 but also a member bottom wall 21d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
