The server 2 includes: a destination information reception section 11 or the like as an information acquisition section for acquiring at least one of travel environment information and vehicle occupant information; a stopover point information generation section 39 for generating the stopover point information on the basis of at least one of the travel environment information and the vehicle occupant information; and a stopover point information transmission section 40 for transmitting the stopover point information to the navigation device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
