To enable measurement data at a necessary point to be easily collected in a short period.SOLUTION: In a barrier-free information provision server 20, a user correspondence processing section 221 allows a user data storage section 231 to store measurement data from multiple information supply terminals which are arranged by correspondence to each one of multiple information providing persons so as to measure a motion and a position of the information providing person or a mobile device during moving of the information providing person or the mobile device used by the information providing person, and to transmit measurement data including information which expresses a motion and a position. The user correspondence processing section 221 discriminates a non-collection point which is not stored in the user data storage section 231, so as to notify the information providing person of non-collection point information which expresses the discrimination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
