To provide a temperature adjusted wind introduction structure of an on-vehicle battery which enables simplification of a structure of a duct which introduces temperature adjusted wind to the on-vehicle battery to achieve reduction of its weight.SOLUTION: A temperature adjusted wind introduction structure of a battery pack 6 includes an intake duct 10 which takes air in a passenger cabin of a vehicle 1 from an opening 14 to introduce the air into the battery pack 6 mounted on the vehicle 1. The intake duct 10 is disposed between a right rear body 15 of the vehicle 1 and a right rear quarter trim 20 covering the inner side of the right rear body 15. Further, a partition wall at the vehicle inner side of the intake duct 10 has an integral structure with the right rear quarter trim 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
