To provide a vehicle remote monitoring method capable of intuitively understand road information from an overhead view image obtained by displaying a surface status in an overhead manner by an operator even in the case where a structure or the like exists on an upper direction of a road of a progression direction of a vehicle, a vehicle remote monitoring device, and a vehicle remote monitoring system.SOLUTION: A vehicle remote monitoring system comprises: a vehicle; and a vehicle remote monitoring device that performs a remote monitoring of a vehicle that travels on a traveling route formed on an overhead view image obtained by displaying a surface status in an overhead manner, and the vehicle remote monitoring device includes: a road information acquisition part that acquires road information of the number of dead angle positions which become a dead angle on the overhead image from map database containing information which is more detailed than the overhead image; and an image display part that displays an image that displays the road information on the overhead image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
