To provide a lean vehicle comprising an electric motor type automatic control transmission that can improve followability of driving force with respect to an accelerator operation by a rider at the time of deceleration and acceleration.SOLUTION: In a lean vehicle 1, in a power transmission path ranging from a crank shaft 21 to drive wheels 3, an upstream rotary electric machine 90 electrically connected to a battery 94 is disposed on an upstream side of an electric motor type automatic control transmission 50. At the time of acceleration and deceleration of the lean vehicle 1, a control device 105 is capable of executing both: transmission control for changing a change gear ratio by controlling an electric motor 71 of the electric motor type automatic control transmission 50; and rotary electric machine control for changing the torque applied to the upstream side of the electric motor type automatic control transmission 50 in the power transmission path by controlling the upstream rotary electric machine 90. According to the residual capacity of the battery 94, the control device performs at least one of either the transmission control or the rotary electric machine control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
