To provide a terminal position detection system and a terminal position detection method which can secure the accuracy of determining the position of a terminal.SOLUTION: A sound wave control unit 25 transmits a radio wave Sb of Bluetooth communication from a terminal 1 to a vehicle 3, and then outputs a sound wave Sc from a sound source 24 for a prescribed duration of time. The sound wave Sc is outputted sequentially at different frequencies from sound sources 24. An analysis unit 26 analyzes each of the sound waves Sc when the sound waves Sc are received from the sound sources 24, transmits its measured data Dc to the vehicle 3, and causes a determination unit 27 to determine the position of the terminal 1. The determination unit 27 determines that the terminal 1 is located outside the vehicle 3 when all of the sound waves Sc are less than a threshold, and determines that the terminal 1 is located inside the vehicle 3 when all of the sound waves Sc are greater than or equal to the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】端末の位置の判定精度を確保可能にした端末位置検出システム及び端末位置検出方法を提供する。【解決手段】音波制御部25は、端末1から車両3にブルートゥース通信の電波Sbを送信してから所定時間の間、音源24から音波Scを出力する。音波Scは、各音源24から順に異なる周波数で出力される。解析部26は、音源24からの音波Scを受信した際、各々の音波Scを解析し、その測定データDcを車両3に送信し、判定部27に端末1の位置を判定させる。判定部27は、音波Scが全て閾値未満の場合、端末1が車両3の室外に位置すると判定し、音波Scが全て閾値以上の場合、端末1が車両3の室内に位置すると判定する。【選択図】図1
