The acceleration sensor 11 detects a first acceleration speed A1 that is an acceleration speed at which a vehicle moves. The communication circuit 12 receives a second acceleration speed A2 that is an acceleration speed at which a portable terminal moves from the portable terminal. The processing part 13 outputs a predetermined command M when it is determined that the second acceleration speed A2 and the first acceleration speed A1 are significantly different from a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
