To provide an evaporated fuel treatment device for preventing the worsening of exhaust gas performance and a fluctuation of A/F while executing purge right before the stop of an internal combustion engine to secure a purge amount.SOLUTION: An evaporated fuel treatment device 1 includes a stop timing prediction part 31 for predicting a stop timing for an engine ENG to turn on a stop estimate demand flag, and a stop waiting time calculation part 32 for calculating a predetermined time from closing a purge control valve 14 to stopping the engine ENG. A control part 17 gradually reduces the flow amount of purge gas flowing in a purge passage 12 When the stop estimate demand flag is turned on by the stop timing prediction part 31, allows the purge control valve 14 to be closed in the state that the flow amount of the purge gas is equal to or smaller than a predetermined flow amount, and stops the engine ENG when a predetermine time calculated by the stop waiting time calculation part 32 passes from closing the purge control valve 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】内燃機関の停止直前までパージを実行してパージ量を確保しつつ、排ガス性能の悪化、及びA/F荒れを生じさせない蒸発燃料処理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】蒸発燃料処理装置1において、エンジンENGの停止タイミングを予測して停止予想要求フラグをONにする停止タイミング予測部31と、パージ制御弁14の閉弁からエンジンENGを停止させるまでの所定時間を算出する停止待機時間算出部32とを有し、制御部17は、停止タイミング予測部31によって停止予想要求フラグがONにされると、パージ通路12を流れるパージガスの流量を徐々に減少させていき、パージガスの流量が所定流量以下になっている状態でパージ制御弁14を閉弁させ、パージ制御弁14の閉弁から停止待機時間算出部32により算出された所定時間が経過したときにエンジンENGを停止させる。【選択図】図1
