To receive a signal with a high S/N ratio even in the vicinity of a noise source.SOLUTION: A receiving device 60 includes an antenna 622 that receives a wireless signal, a board 62 in which the antenna is mounted on a first surface 62a, and a circuit unit that processes the wireless signal received by the antenna, which is mounted on the second surface of the board. An exposed pattern on at least one of the first and second surfaces is a ground pattern. The ground pattern may be formed on the second surface.
