To provide a ride-sharing vehicle arrangement system that allows users to request arrival time at their destinations and expect to arrive by the desired arrival time.SOLUTION: On the basis of a use reservation of a user, a taxi that arrives at a getting-off place by arrival time via a boarding place is requested to arrange the vehicle related to the use reservation (S5). After making the request for vehicle arrangement, it is determined to reject a new vehicle arrangement request to the taxi to which the request for the vehicle arrangement has been made (S6). According to the determination, even if a new use reservation is received, a vehicle arrangement request related to the new use reservation is not transmitted to the taxi and vehicle arrangement is not requested until the taxi to which the request for vehicle arrangement is made lets the user get off at the getting-off place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】利用者が到着地への到着時刻を希望でき、かつ、その希望の到着時刻までの到着を見込むことができる、相乗り車両手配システムを提供する。【解決手段】利用者の利用予約に基づいて、乗車地を経由して降車地に到着時刻までに到着するタクシーに、その利用予約に係る配車が要請される(S5)。この配車の要請後は、配車を要請したタクシーへの新たな配車要請の拒否が決定される(S6)。この決定に従い、配車を要請したタクシーが利用者を降車地で降車させるまでの間、新たな利用予約が受け付けられても、そのタクシーへの新たな利用予約に係る配車リクエストの送信および配車の要請が行われることはない。【選択図】図2
