To provide a stop determination device for a train capable of correctly determining whether a head part of the train is stopped in a normal stop region without requiring high accuracy detection of a distance and complicated calculation processing.SOLUTION: A stop determination device (20) of a train (60) determines whether a head part (61) of the train traveling on a track (50) is stopped in a normal stop region (52) that is preset on the track. The stop determination device projects a laser beam toward a first irradiation position (81) and a second irradiation position (82), which are respectively set corresponding to a first end (52a) that is a front side end of the normal stop region in the traveling direction of the train and a second end (52b) that is a back side end thereof, receives reflected light generated when the projected laser beam is reflected on an object, and determines whether the head part is stopped in the normal stop region based on the reflected light received in advance under a condition where the laser beam projected toward the first irradiation position and the second irradiation position is not blocked and the reflected light currently received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】距離の高精度な検出及び複雑な計算処理を必要とせず、列車の先頭部が正常停止領域に停止したか否かを正確に判定することのできる列車の停止判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】列車(60)の停止判定装置(20)は、軌道(50)を走行する列車の先頭部(61)が、軌道に予め設定された正常停止領域(52)に停止したか否かを判定する。停止判定装置は、列車の走行方向における正常停止領域の手前側の端である第1端(52a)及び奥側の端である第2端(52b)にそれぞれ対応して設定された第1照射位置(81)及び第2照射位置(82)に向けて、レーザ光を投光し、投光されたレーザ光が物体で反射された反射光を受光し、第1照射位置及び第2照射位置に向けて投光されたレーザ光が列車で遮られない状態で予め受光した反射光と、現在受光した反射光とに基づいて、先頭部が正常停止領域に停止したか否かを判定する。【選択図】 図3
