To provide a discharge control device capable of enhancing an awareness of supplying electric power.SOLUTION: A discharge control device comprises: a reception unit 111 that receives a charging and discharging stand ID contained in a beacon signal transmitted from the charging and discharging stand from a portable terminal operated by a user; a transmission unit 112 that, when a power supply cable of the charging and discharging stand is connected to a vehicle, transmits a type of compensation to be granted to discharging of electric power from a battery mounted on the vehicle and screen information for setting a lower limit of a charging rate which can be discharged from the battery; the reception unit 111 that further receives information containing the type of the compensation and the lower limit of the charging rate from the portable terminal; and a discharge control unit 113 that asks a compensation granting system to give the compensation corresponding to the type of a charging compensation, and requests the charging and discharging stand to start discharge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
