To provide a travelling situation discrimination system capable of discriminating whether a travelling situation of vehicles having passed signifies side-by-side travelling of motorcycles.SOLUTION: A travelling situation discrimination system 2 includes a depression signal acquisition unit 211 that acquires a depression signal from each of plural depression sensors 200, a vehicle detection signal acquisition unit 212 that acquires a vehicle detection signal from a vehicle detector 3, a time identification unit 213 that identifies a vehicle entry time and vehicle exit time of the passing vehicle, and a travelling situation estimation unit 214 that estimates the travelling situation of the passing vehicle according to a time when the depression signal is acquired from each of the first depression sensor and second depression sensor. When a time difference between a first time and second time when the depression signals are acquired from the first depression sensor and second depression sensor respectively falls below a predetermined discrimination threshold, the travelling situation estimation unit 214 estimates that a vehicle having left wheels and right wheels has travelled.
