To provide a pneumatic tire that retains wet steering stability and rolling resistance performance and exhibits higher conducting performance.SOLUTION: In a tire meridian sectional view under an unloaded condition with a tire incorporated in a normal rim and a normal internal pressure applied, a conducting rubber (20a) is formed in a region (RS) other than a region (RC) whose width shares 5% of that of a swelled land part centered on a swell apex position (PA) at which the swelled land part (20) most greatly swells outward in a tire radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
