To provide a vehicle temperature rise control device which can shut off a power transmission path between an engine and a drive wheel, and even if the vehicle can be fuel cut, can perform engine warming early without local heating of cooling water.SOLUTION: A temperature rise control device for a vehicle capable of fuel-cut driving, which comprises a clutch for shutting off or connecting a power transmission path between an engine and a drive wheel, a cooling water pump which drives by use of rotation of the engine and circulates engine cooling water, and a motor generator for performing electric power generation by use of rotation of the drive wheel, comprises: a warming part which is provided on a circulation path of engine cooling water, and warms engine cooling water; and an HCU which controls the clutch so as to connect the power transmission path between the engine and the drive wheel and drives the warming part by use of electric power which has been obtained by electric power generation of the motor generator, when conditions for raising the temperature of the engine are satisfied during fuel-cut driving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
