To provide a vehicle remote instruction system capable of restricting reflection timing for reflecting a remote instruction on an automatic operation vehicle from being deviated from appropriate timing corresponding to an external environment of the automatic operation vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle remote instruction system 100 includes: a remote instruction point state recognition section 42 for recognizing a remote instruction point state on a target route based on the target route, position information, and map information; a recommendation timing acquisition section 43 for acquiring recommendation timing based on a remote instruction point state and the kind of a remote instruction; a remote instruction transmission section 48 for transmitting a remote instruction to an automatic operation vehicle; and a prediction timing calculation section 45 for calculating prediction timing. The remote instruction transmission section 48 performs a delay instruction to allow reflection timing to be close to recommendation timing when prediction timing is earlier than the recommendation timing, and performs a preparation instruction to allow a response of a behavior of the automatic operation vehicle related to the kind of a remote instruction to be faster when the prediction timing is later than the recommendation timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】遠隔指示が自動運転車両に反映される反映タイミングが、自動運転車両の外部環境に応じた適切なタイミングと比べてずれることを抑制することができる車両遠隔指示システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両遠隔指示システム100は、目標ルート、位置情報及び地図情報に基づいて、目標ルート上の遠隔指示地点状況を認識する遠隔指示地点状況認識部42と、遠隔指示地点状況と遠隔指示の種類とに基づいて推奨タイミングを取得する推奨タイミング取得部43と、自動運転車両に遠隔指示を送信する遠隔指示送信部48と、予測タイミングを算出する予測タイミング算出部45とを備え、遠隔指示送信部48は、推奨タイミングよりも予測タイミングが早い場合、反映タイミングを推奨タイミングに近付けるための遅延指示を行い、又は、推奨タイミングよりも予測タイミングが遅い場合、遠隔指示の種類に関する自動運転車両の挙動の応答を速めるための準備指示を行う。【選択図】図4
