To provide a drone controller capable of automatically and accurately adhering pollen or a fruiting agent to a pistil, a pollen/fruiting agent automatic adhesion system using the same, a drone control program, and a drone control method.SOLUTION: A drone controller comprises: an image data acquisition part 42 for acquiring image data of a flower from a drone 10; a blooming state determination part 44 for determining whether or not the flower in the image blooms on the basis of a learned blooming determination model; a flower center identification part 45 for identifying a pistil in the image data by a learned flower center identification mode; a distance calculation part 46 for calculating a distance from the pistil to a tip of an adhesion attachment 14; and a control signal output part 41 for outputting a control signal for bringing the tip of the adhesion attachment 14 into contact with the pistil to the drone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
