To provide an air jack whose size is varied using a fluid flowing through the air jack and which exhibits a certain degree of rigidity even when the fluid does not flow through the air jack, and a stimulator.SOLUTION: Air jacks 10, 20 each include a core material and an elastic hollow tube body wound around an outer surface of the core material. At least one of the outer diameter and hardness of the air jacks 10, 20 varies depending on a flow rate of a fluid poured into the inside of the tube body. The rigidity of the air jacks is ensured with the poured fluid or with a core material 80 in the event that the fluid is not poured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
