To provide a mechanism in which a power generating turbine is assembled into a general heat exchange system.SOLUTION: A mechanism efficiently generates power by encapsulating a compressor, a condenser and the like into a heat exchanger and discharging a catalyst into it because incorporating a turbine into a heat exchanger cannot become profitable due to a small power generation amount and much electric energy necessary for operating the heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
