The flow straightener comprises a plurality of air flow generating parts PA1-PA8 that generate an air flow F with a velocity vector in the direction of getting away from the second surface part and that are arranged in a circumferentially dispersed manner near the ridge line, and a control part 200 that sequentially drives and stops the plurality of air flow generating parts along a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
