To provide a manufacturing method which manufactures a constitution member of a vehicle seat having an air-conditioning function while suppressing the increase in the cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a back constitution member 3C in which a back pad 3p and a back cover 3s are integrated at the foam molding of the back pad 3p. The back cover 3s comprises: a surface layer part 10 which has the air permeability; a functional layer part 20 which is laminated on the side opposite to the seating surface of the surface layer part 10 and has the air permeability; a spacer part 30 which is partially laminated on the side opposite to the seating surface of the functional layer part 20 and has the air permeability; and an intrusion prevention layer part 40 which is laminated on the side opposite to the spacer part 30 and the seating surface of the functional layer part 20. The manufacturing method comprises: a first step of integrating the back cover 3s at the molding of the back pad 3p; and a second step of forming a channel part 5 by penetrating the back pad 3p and the intrusion prevention layer part 40 from the side opposite to the seating surface of the back pad 3p. In the second step, the channel part 5 is formed to the middle in the thickness direction of the spacer part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】空調機能を有する乗物用シートの構成部材をコストの増加を抑制して製造する製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】バックパッド3pと、バックカバー3sと、がバックパッド3pの発泡成形時に一体化されるバック構成部材3Cの製造方法である。バックカバー3sが、通気性を有する表層部10と、表層部10の着座面と反対側に積層され通気性を有する機能層部20と、機能層部20の着座面と反対側に部分的に積層され通気性を有するスペーサ部30と、スペーサ部30と機能層部20の着座面と反対側に積層された侵入防止層部40と、を有する。バックカバー3sをバックパッド3pの成形時に一体化する第一工程と、バックパッド3pの着座面と反対側からバックパッド3pと侵入防止層部40を貫通して流路部5を形成する第二工程とを有する。第二工程において流路部5はスペーサ部30の厚み方向の途中まで形成されている。【選択図】図7
