To provide a vehicle front part structure which can prevent a bumper face upper from hanging down while securing low rigidity performance of a rear-side impact absorbing member.SOLUTION: As impact absorbing members 15 and 16 arranged inside a bumper face upper 14 and absorbing loads from an oblique upper side at a front side, the front-side impact absorbing member 15 with high rigidity arranged at the front side and the rear-side impact absorbing member 16 with low rigidity arranged at a rear side are formed, in which the front-side impact absorbing member 15 is provided with mounting parts 15c that are mounted on a shroud 1 through a lower part of the rear-side impact absorbing member 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
