The sub-chamber forming part has an opening where the sub-chamber and the cavity are communicated, is formed of a material with Young's modulus of 1 MPa to 1 GPa, and reduces vibration in the cavity by Helmholtz resonance generated by the sub-chamber and the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
