Further, the fuel cell vehicle 11 controls the operation of the fuel cell system 10 by ECU 82 to perform standby power generation from start-up until running is permitted and also perform power generation under driving after the running is permitted. In a start-up method, a power generation current is increased so as to follow a low-temperature efficiency rate Rl during power generation under driving, generated power is charged to a battery Bt under standby power generation, and the power generation current is increased so as to follow a standby stabilization rate Rw having a lower increasing rate than the low-temperature efficiency rate Rl.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
