To provide a technology that can reliably open a parachute in the case of flying device fall.SOLUTION: A parachute device 1 includes: a parachute 30; a first cylindrical member 10 formed such that one end is opened and the other end is closed; a second cylindrical member 20 accommodated in the first cylindrical member 10, formed such that one end is opened and the other end is closed and accommodating the parachute 30; and a gas generator 40 provided in the other end of the first cylindrical member 10.
