To inexpensively adjust a rotational speed of a power takeout shaft, in a power takeout device of a working machine which gear-changes the power of an input shaft to power which can differentiate the rotational speed into four stages, and can take out the gear-changed power by the power takeout shaft.SOLUTION: A power takeout machine of a working vehicle comprises a first input shaft gear 35 and a second input shaft gear 36 which are selectively and interlockingly connected to an input shaft 33, and a first output shaft gear 41 and a second output shaft gear 42 which are selectively and interlockingly connected to an output shaft 40. The power takeout machine comprises a first relay transmission gear 45 having a first gear part 45a engaged with the first input shaft gear 35, and a second gear part 45b engaged with the second input shaft gear 36, and also comprises a second relay transmission gear 46 having a first gear part 46a engaged with the first output shaft gear 41, and a second gear part 46b engaged with the second output shaft gear 42.
