To provide an optical sensor washing device that can wash an optical sensor more properly.SOLUTION: An optical sensor washing device 1 includes: an optical sensor 2; a cover 4 for covering the optical sensor 2; and a liquid injection nozzle 8 for jetting liquid, and washes an outside surface of the cover 4 with the liquid. A space S through which a gas flows is provided between the optical sensor 2 and the cover 4. An injection port 46 for jetting a gas flowing through the space S toward a washing region is provided in a position higher than the washing region of the outside surface which is washed by the liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
