To reduce thermal distortion due to a linear expansion coefficient difference between an aluminum alloy-made member and a steel-made member when the aluminum alloy-made member and the steel-made member are heated at a temperature of 160-230°C for 10-60 minutes in a state in which both members are joined to each other.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy-made member is made of a rolled plate material or an extrusion material of a heat treatment type aluminum alloy, and a linear expansion coefficient at the time of end of the heat treatment is lower than a linear expansion coefficient at the time of start of the heat treatment by 2.0×10-6°C-1 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】アルミニウム合金製部材が鋼製部材と接合された状態で160〜230℃の範囲内の温度で10〜60分の加熱処理をされる場合に、アルミニウム合金製部材と鋼製部材との線膨張係数差に起因して生じる熱ひずみを低減する。【解決手段】アルミニウム合金製部材は熱処理型アルミニウム合金の圧延板材又は押出材からなり、前記加熱処理の終了時の線膨張係数が、加熱処理開始時の線膨張係数に比べて2.0×10−6℃−1以上低い。【選択図】図6
