To achieve harmonization between manual operation by an operator and automatic operation by a lever operation robot.SOLUTION: A lever operation robot comprises at least one operation part which is so configured as to be movable on a locus along a movable direction of at least one operation lever of an industrial vehicle, and a drive part which is so configured as to move the operation part. The drive part moves the operation part between a retreat position on the locus becoming non-contact with the operation lever so as to release the operation lever at a neutral position and an operation position on the locus contacting with the operation lever so as to push the operation lever in the movable direction from the neutral position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
