To provide a striker device for vehicle which can achieve both of misalignment absorption at the time of locking a seat back and backlash suppression after locking.SOLUTION: A striker device 20, which is provided on a seat back B and fixes an inclination angle of the seat back B by locking thereof on a seat lock device provided on a right side wall of a vehicle, has a U-shaped striker 21 which enters in a reception port of the seat lock device by backward inclination of the seat back B, and of which movement in a seat longitudinal direction is regulated in such a manner that a lock claw of the seat lock device is inserted in a height direction. The striker 21 is so made as to be capable of oscillating in the height direction around a rear side arm part 21B with respect to a base plate 22, a clearance between the lock claw and front and rear arm parts 21A, 21B is reduced by insertion of the lock claw, and the striker oscillates around the rear side arm part 21B due to a drive-in shape of the lock claw, whereby the lock claw can be inserted between the front and rear arm parts 21A, 21B to a backlash stopping position at which oscillation is regulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24

    【課題】シートバックのロック時の位置ズレ吸収とロック後のガタ抑制とを両立可能な乗物用ストライカ装置を提供すること。【解決手段】シートバックBに設けられ、車両の右側壁に設けられたシートロック装置へのロックによりシートバックBの傾斜角度を固定するストライカ装置20であり、シートバックBの後傾によりシートロック装置の受入口内に入り込みシートロック装置のロック爪が高さ方向に差し込まれることでシート前後方向の移動が規制されるU字状のストライカ21を有する。ストライカ21が、ベースプレート22に対して後側の腕部21Bのまわりに高さ方向に揺動可能とされ、ロック爪の差し込みによりロック爪と前後の腕部21A,21Bとの間の隙間が詰められると共に、ロック爪の追い込み形状により後側の腕部21Bのまわりに揺動してロック爪を上記の揺動が規制されるガタ詰め位置まで前後の腕部21A,21Bの間に差し込み可能とされる。【選択図】図24
