To provide a virtual power plant control system that even when the number of mobile objects to be a control target is large, is capable of making a mobile object efficiently perform charging/discharging using a driving battery efficiently mounted on the mobile object in response to a power demand.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of mobile objects comprises: a power balance receiving unit; a charging/discharging determination unit for determining whether or not to perform discharging to a power network or charging from the power network in a requested predetermined period; a mobile object information transmission unit for transmitting an input parameter and a result of the determination to a server; and a charging/discharging control unit. The server comprises a server learning unit for performing machine learning using information received from the mobile object as learning data and transmitting to the mobile object of the plurality of mobile objects a learning result parameter generated on the basis of a result of the machine learning.
