Along with this, the air cooled by an evaporator 16 flows into a motor space 30a through an exposed portion internal space 36a. The inflowing air exchanges heat with a blower motor 202 in the motor space 30a and then flows out into the vehicle interior. Then, a vehicle interior exposed portion 36 exchanges heat between the air in the exposed portion internal space 36a and the air in the vehicle interior. As a result, the air cooled by the evaporator 16 is heated to some extent in the exposed portion internal space 36a, and then flows into the motor space 30a. Therefore, the temperature of the air flowing out from the motor space 30a into the vehicle interior also rises to some extent. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the discomfort of the occupant caused by discharging the air that has cooled the blower motor 202 into the vehicle interior.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】送風機モータを冷却した空気を車室内へ排出する車両用空調ユニットにおいて、その車室内へ排出された空気に起因した乗員の違和感を抑制する。【解決手段】送風ファン201がケース内通路124に空気流れを発生させることに伴って、モータ空間30aには、蒸発器16で冷却された空気が露出部内空間36aを通ってから流入する。その流入した空気は、モータ空間30a内で送風機モータ202と熱交換してから車室内へ流出する。そして、車室内露出部36は、露出部内空間36a内の空気と車室内の空気とを熱交換させる。これにより、蒸発器16で冷却された空気は、露出部内空間36aで或る程度昇温させられてからモータ空間30aへ流入する。従って、モータ空間30aから車室内へ流出する空気の温度も或る程度高くなる。そのため、送風機モータ202を冷却した空気を車室内へ排出することに起因した乗員の違和感を抑制することが可能である。【選択図】図1
