In a state where the lid 4 is fitted into the frame 3 by a restoring force Fb of the O-ring 9, the lid 4 is pressed toward the inside of the frame 3. An elastic spring 10 is arranged between an overhanging part 5 overhanging from the frame 3 and the back surface of the lid 4.
