To improve accuracy of absence information about a non-recognized moving body in a dead angle area related to an observation point.SOLUTION: A moving body monitoring system 11 comprises: a terminal device 17 which is installed in a vehicle 15; and a monitoring device 19 which monitors a non-recognized moving body 13 around the vehicle 15. The terminal device 17 comprises: an information acquisition part 61 which acquires non-recognized moving body information including existence information of the non-recognized moving body 13; a terminal side determination part 62 which determines whether or not the non-recognized moving body 13 exists in a dead angle area 18; an absence time information generation part 63 which generates absence time information related to the non-recognized moving body 13 in which time information at the time of absence determination is added to absence information of the non-recognized moving body 13 in the dead angle area 18; and a terminal side communication part 65 which transmits the absence time information. The monitoring device 19 receives the absence time information transferred from the terminal side communication part 65, and configures accuracy of the absence information about the received absence time information on the basis of the number of pieces of the absence time information overlapping time zones based on the time information at the time of absence determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 ある観測地点に係る死角領域での不識移動体に関する不在情報の確度を向上する。【解決手段】移動体監視システム11は、車両15に備わる端末装置17と、車両15の周囲の不識移動体13の監視を行う監視装置19と、を備える。端末装置17は、不識移動体13の存否情報を含む不識移動体情報を取得する情報取得部61と、死角領域18に関する不識移動体13の存否判定を行う端末側判定部62と、死角領域18での不識移動体13の不在情報に、不在判定時点の時間情報を付加した不識移動体13に係る不在時間情報を生成する不在時間情報生成部63と、不在時間情報を送信する端末側通信部65と、を備える。監視装置19は、端末側通信部65から送信されてきた不在時間情報を受信し、受信した不在時間情報に関し、不在判定時点の時間情報に基づく時間帯が重なる不在時間情報の数に基づいて、不在情報の確度を設定する。【選択図】図1
