To provide a vehicle and the like using a hybrid type heat exchange plate utilizing refrigerant and cooling liquid.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: a battery module group disposed along a first surface of a heat exchange plate provided with a cooling liquid layer circulating cooling liquid between the first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a refrigerant layer circulating refrigerant between the first surface and the second surface; and a motor driving a first wheel using electric power supplied from the battery module group. At least part of the cooling liquid layer is disposed so as to be superimposed on the refrigerant layer, and the flow rate of the cooling liquid is controlled so that the flow rate of the cooling liquid flowing through the cooling liquid layer of the heat exchange plate changes corresponding to lapsed time from start of cooling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】冷媒および冷却液を用いたハイブリッド式熱交換プレートを用いた車両等を提供する。【解決手段】第1面と第1面と反対の第2面の間において冷却液を循環させる冷却液層と、第1面と第2面の間において冷媒を循環させる冷媒層とを備えた熱交換プレートの第1面に沿って配置された電池モジュール群と、電池モジュール群から供給される電力を用いて第1車輪を駆動する電動機を備え、冷却液層の少なくとも一部は冷媒層と重なって配置され、熱交換プレートの冷却液層を流れる冷却液の流量が、冷却開始時からの経過時間に応じて変わるように、冷却液の流量を制御する。【選択図】図8
