To provide a hybrid driving device that can adjust a length of effect sound generated by fuel-cut during power-on-up-shift.SOLUTION: A hybrid driving device comprises: a transmission mechanism that has an input member that is drivably connected to an internal combustion engine and a rotor of a rotating electrical machine and an output member that is drivably connected to a wheel, which can selectively form a plurality of transmission gear ratios between the input member and the output member; and a control device that can change the transmission gear ratios of the transmission mechanism. The control device, when an accelerator aperture is equal to or more than a threshold and when shifting up a gear of the transmission mechanism (t1-t6), makes the internal combustion engine execute fuel-cut, and the control device adjusts a torque-down amount Tm of the rotating electrical machine so that time (t4-t5) elapsed after deceleration of the input member is started (t4) until a rotation speed of the input member falls down to a target rotation speed set on the basis of the transmission ratio after the speed change is equal to preset deceleration time Td.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
